Project Updates
180 PhD applicants!
November 3, 2020

Dear Friends,
We started advertising for a PhD position to work with us at McMaster University to help create the core technology for caribou detection. Surprising to us, we were inundated with over 180 applications!!
It was one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do, to send a rejection email to over 160 amazing and inspiring students. I feel so blessed that so many young people want to work with us to help us realise our vision.
We are now in the process of interviewing and gosh I’m so blown away by the talent and passion of the applicants…..needless to say, we are going to have one incredible student joining us.
Can’t wait to introduce you 🙂
